The hotel looked well-appointed and very fancy. Booked a room with a big soaking tub. the location was unbeatable in the heart of downtown. the rooftop restaurant had good food and excellent service.

The location of the hotel was great, not too far from jb and me. the property is in a good area, close to the New Holland Brewing Company pub, breweries, shopping, restaurants, and nearby Saugatuck. - Really enjoyed the elegant and impressive room. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - the room had a chair, a couch, and other facilities.

Absolutely perfect and incredible location very close to shops and restaurants. Short walk to the quaint downtown Holland shopping area. - the path around the lake and downtown Holland's pubs, restaurants, and shopping district.

It's an eco hotel and well designed. Much different than the same old kind of chain hotels. The location is excellent, right downtown and parking is easy. Staff friendly and efficient.
The lighting in the room is harsh and the heating system a bit loud. The included breakfast is not really good enough for the price. Having said that it wouldn't prevent me from returning.

CityFlats is new modern, eco friendly and close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife (all on a vacation town/small town feel).
The restaurant had a great view, but the food was very average. It was not up to the level of the rest of the hotel.

We had 1 relaxing day here, would recommend the place. The hotel was wonderful and clean with scenic views of Holland's downtown. We ate at a GREAT restaurant for breakfast. The location was great and unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from jb and me. Had good drinks in the bistro bar.
